Most shoots take about 1–2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the services booked. Larger homes, video, 3D tours, and additional services may require more time.
Photography and floor plans are typically delivered the next day. Video is generally delivered within 48 hours, with additional time for larger or more involved productions. Same-day photo delivery is available as a rush option.
The home should be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before we arrive. Whenever possible, we recommend giving the photographer space to work so the shoot can move efficiently. We may make small adjustments when appropriate, but we do not provide on-site staging or move large furniture.
We currently serve Raleigh and surrounding communities. If your property is outside our normal service area, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Absolutely. Photography, video, drone, floor plans, 3D tours, twilight, virtual staging, and other services can be combined in the same booking. For the easiest way to package your listing media, explore our Listing Media Bundles.
We’ll still complete everything we safely can. If weather prevents drone work, exterior photography, twilight, or another weather-dependent service from being completed properly, we’ll coordinate the best next step with you.
If something isn’t right, tell us. We’ll work with you to make it right through additional editing or, when necessary, a reshoot. If we still can’t make you happy, we’ll refund your money.
