Upper Echelon Visuals provides real estate photography, videography, interactive tours, drone media, and marketing services (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.
4. SMS Notifications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Upper Echelon Visuals related to your appointment and services.
Purpose of Messages:
Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, estimated arrival times, service completion notifications, and related operational communications.
Message Frequency:
You may receive 1–2 messages per appointment.
Opt-In:
SMS consent is obtained directly from you during booking or through direct communication with UEV.Opt-Out:
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You may also contact us directly to request removal.

All content on the UEV website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UEV or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

UEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
