Address Search and Google Maps

When you begin typing a property address into certain address fields on our website, booking system, or client portal, the address information you enter may be sent to Google Maps services in order to provide address suggestions, autocomplete results, and related location functionality.

We do not sell SMS opt-in information or use SMS consent for unrelated third-party marketing.

Vendors that help provide messaging services may process mobile information solely as necessary to deliver communications on our behalf.

12. Property Media and Project Files

Photographs, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, property information, project files, and related materials may be stored in UEV systems or third-party storage and delivery platforms.

We may retain project files for operational, historical, customer-service, portfolio, or business purposes.

UEV does not guarantee indefinite storage of delivered media unless a specific hosting or archival service has been purchased.

Clients should download and maintain copies of media they wish to preserve.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may interact with third-party platforms such as Matterport, Zillow, MLS systems, cloud-storage providers, payment services, video platforms, social networks, property websites, or other external services.

When you use or interact with those platforms, their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

UEV is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
