Property media

Photography when the space needs clarity.
Film when it needs movement.

Still photography gives the property a clear, considered visual record. Film adds movement, scale, circulation, atmosphere, and context when the story needs more than a single frame.

Property + context

The property is only part of the story.

Ground imagery and aerial coverage connect the building to the surrounding land and neighborhood. Show surrounding development, access roads, parking, nearby infrastructure, and the site’s wider location in one coordinated view.

“10/10 experience. We hired Upper Echelon Visuals for drone photography, videography, and photography for a commercial project, and the deliverables were better than we could have imagined. We’d definitely book them again in the future!”

Brand + experience

Show what it feels like to be there.

Some commercial spaces are built around an experience. Photography and film can show not only the facility, but the energy, branding, movement, and environment customers actually encounter.

FAQ

Before your commercial project.

Can photography, video, drone, and other media be captured in one project?

Yes. We can coordinate photography, video, aerial coverage, 3D tours, floor plans, and supporting campaign content within one project scope. We’ll help determine what actually makes sense for the property and how the media will be used.

Can you work around tenants, customers, or active business operations?

Yes. We regularly work in occupied and active spaces. We’ll coordinate access, timing, and the capture plan around your operating hours, tenants, staff, customers, and any areas that need to remain open.

Do you work with developments, construction sites, and larger properties?

Yes. Commercial projects can range from individual interiors and finished buildings to larger sites, developments, and construction-progress work. Ground photography, aerial coverage, video, and site context can all be planned together.

How is commercial pricing determined?

Commercial work is quoted based on the scope of the project, property size, media needed, number of locations or capture days, intended use, and final deliverables. We’ll define the scope and provide clear pricing before the project is scheduled.

What do you need from us before the shoot?

The property address, project goals, intended use of the media, any must-capture spaces or features, access requirements, and your preferred timeline. From there, we’ll build the capture plan and confirm what will be delivered.

How quickly will we receive the finished media?

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. Photography is typically faster than larger video or multi-day commercial productions. We’ll confirm the delivery schedule before the project begins so expectations are clear from the start.
